Pam Bradley
Human Resources Consultant
Pam joined ITAC as Project Manager for Human Resources and Training in 2001. Her knowledge of Human Resources comes from years of professional experience as a consultant and as Human Resource Manager for companies such as a multi-location computer manufacturing firm and Marriott Hotels.
She works with companies to help them launch Human Resource Departments, develop policies and policy manuals, train new supervisors in management skills, help companies recruit mid-to upper-level management staff, design performance management programs, and obtain training grants.
Since joining ITAC in 2001, Pam has done dozens of projects in the various disciplines of HR for ITAC's clients: on-site training courses (supervisory development, conflict resolution, team building, etc.), policy/handbook development, compensation, compliance/setting up an HR function, job descriptions/recruitment, etc. Her clients encompass both large and small manufacturers. As Human Resources Consultant, Pam has also done many Human Resources Assessments to determine both strengths and need areas of a company's HR function. Pam has also launched a series of supervisory development courses, open to companies who do not have a sufficient number of supervisors to hold an in-house series.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas and a Master of Arts from the Graduate Faculty of New School University. She recently served on an MEP task force dedicated to standardizing workplace skills for certification.
